I  have been doing my workouts faithfully and have been noticing some big changes. One of the the things that I noticed is that my muscle strength is increasing quicker than I expected. In my first week I could leg press close to 200 lbs. Now within three weeks I am up to 390 on the leg press at Evolve Fitness in Moses Lake. I also have noticed a large difference in my Squats. I am up to 315 lbs with noticeable increases in the size of my quadricep muscle, hamstring and calf muscle.

I am excited to say that much of the gains I am seeing are due to the 100% organic natural supplements that I am taking and also my diet.
