Sometimes when we see motivational phrases or think about words or images that are positive we say that they are motivational. Weight loss or Health, Bodybuilding or Fitness it makes no difference. When we are moved to action we are motivated. Many people get a small burst of energy or movement inside when they see something inspirational, however they are not motivated to success. Where do we get the motivation? It comes from within!

When you have a very strong reason for acting the action is not that difficult. Think about it for a minute. If you are motivated to go to the gym, that will last a day. If the doctor tells you that unless you get your body in shape you are looking at dying within the next six months…. that could get you to change your life! Motivation is the difference. Your health is a result of what motivates you. It is the end result of your reason for moving toward your goal. This is true in all aspects of your life. If you are going to accomplish something it will be achieved only after you have found YOUR reason for doing it. That will drive you to excellence. Write it down and go for it!!
