When I think of symmetry in bodybuilding I think of one of the greats from the past. Sergio Oliva. He truly had an impressively symmetrical developement of muscular structure. I have been hit in car accidents and have had life going on for long enough to create an imbalance in my developement. To compete I need to address this issue.

I am looking to create a team of professionals who are working with me in my endeavor. One key piece is the group of dedicated peole at my chiroractor office. I can change my lifting and eating but if I don’t address subluxations and misalignment in my spine I will be fighting an uphill battle. I will be sharing in more detail how I am doing and what objective and subjective results I am obtaining.

Total fitness and health care includes alignment.

In caring for your car, you always make sure that you are taking care of the total car for optimum performance. The same should be the case in Bodybuilding and Fitness. In training for competition in 2016 I need to make sure that I am totally injury free and to extend my competitive years I need to stay injury free and maintain optimum health all around. I learned several things about chiropractic care in the last week that is extremely interesting. I want to share with you what I believe to be a very important finding.

I had gone to a chiropractor years ago after a car accident and had been treated for injuries that I had sustained. I never went back to the chiropractor nor did I really think of going back. I was unaware of the fact that some of the benefits of chiropractic care include minimizing wear and tear on your body and keeping your nervous system working the way it should. I knew that the spinal cord has a lot to do with the delivery of information from and to the brain. I was not aware of how much impact a misalignment of the spine itself could have on the nervous system. As impulses are sent to and from the brain that influence the way your body moves and functions, they follow a map of nerves and sensors. Whenever there is a pinch, restriction or altering of that map it changes the way your body reacts and functions in a negative way. Keeping the map and nerves in proper working order is key to making sure that things continue to function correctly and your health and fitness level are at the highest level possible.

The treatment center where I went yesterday even looks at your antioxidant levels. Today I will get a plan of treatment and start to improve my quality of life and take another step towards competing. One thing that I was told about my antioxidant levels is that I am doing well with them, thanks to the organic supplements that I am taking. I will have a better report after talking to the chiropractor about the findings. Whether you are going to compete in bodybuilding or just going to be working on your general health and fitness I recommend you look into chiropractic care.

Running healthyWhen people hear Bodybuilding they obviously think of size, Fitness of thin and Health as healthcare and medicine; however I hope to bring a different thought to the table. Bodybuilding and Fitness can be very much tied to Health. In what way? In that when someone really understands the body and works together with good nutrition and exercise along with rest and hydration you can get results as Bodybuilding and Fitness models. I am working to show the world how a mainly organic supplement, when added to an exercise routine and combined with good nutrition can do just that. The supplements that I am taking are working along with my own body to make an ideal environment for perfect response and optimum recovery. I am noticing some very different results than I had before just because of working along with my body to do what it should do with the greatest of ease.

What is going on in my body? My metabolism is more efficient and my digestive system is working to its potential. I am able to process and absorb protein and other necessary nutrients quicker and more effectively. My tissue and cells are recovering faster and can last longer, which when combined with my increased testosterone production is allowing me to train harder and see the results sooner. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg!!

Hard work and being constant creates results! We only work hard long enough if it is personally important.

Sometimes when we see motivational phrases or think about words or images that are positive we say that they are motivational. Weight loss or Health, Bodybuilding or Fitness it makes no difference. When we are moved to action we are motivated. Many people get a small burst of energy or movement inside when they see something inspirational, however they are not motivated to success. Where do we get the motivation? It comes from within!

When you have a very strong reason for acting the action is not that difficult. Think about it for a minute. If you are motivated to go to the gym, that will last a day. If the doctor tells you that unless you get your body in shape you are looking at dying within the next six months…. that could get you to change your life! Motivation is the difference. Your health is a result of what motivates you. It is the end result of your reason for moving toward your goal. This is true in all aspects of your life. If you are going to accomplish something it will be achieved only after you have found YOUR reason for doing it. That will drive you to excellence. Write it down and go for it!!

Muscle growth and muscle strength from work and nutrition.

I  have been doing my workouts faithfully and have been noticing some big changes. One of the the things that I noticed is that my muscle strength is increasing quicker than I expected. In my first week I could leg press close to 200 lbs. Now within three weeks I am up to 390 on the leg press at Evolve Fitness in Moses Lake. I also have noticed a large difference in my Squats. I am up to 315 lbs with noticeable increases in the size of my quadricep muscle, hamstring and calf muscle.

I am excited to say that much of the gains I am seeing are due to the 100% organic natural supplements that I am taking and also my diet. Dreams Walt DisneyI am excited to report to all of you that I am on my way to fulfill many dreams. I have always been someone with dreams and aspirations and now I can happily say that MOST of them will be completed within the next two years. I have been interested in bodybuilding my entire life and now am very motivated to reach the goals that I had almost given up on. I invite you to join my progress.

I started two weeks ago on my journey to competition in 2016. I will be posting my results from an analysis done at my gym to determine my body composition. I will be posting videos here and on youtube, facebook, and others that are to let you know what I am doing and how I am accomplishing my goals along the way. I will be educating myself and others on the benefits of organic and natural foods and supplements for bodybuilding, weight loss, health care and many other topics.
